Curver Smart Cook food containers, where indicated, are covered by a 10-year warranty (warranty applicable to the borosilicate glass base and excluding the lid, clips, seal and valve). We guarantee that these products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Please note that minor imperfections or slight color variations may occur and are considered normal.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the product, including but not limited to: improper cleaning, neglect, accidents, alterations, exposure to fire, theft, or use in a commercial setting.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original end-user and is structured as follows:

2 years of legal warranty, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

8 additional years of contractual warranty, commencing immediately after the expiration of the legal warranty period.

This warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) must be provided.

If a defect is identified during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion provide replacement parts to repair the product, or replace the product with the same model. If the original model is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar model of comparable value.
